Thank you for shopping with SHYD.PK! This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will reach you. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp with your tracking details (where available).
During sales, new drops, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
- Free delivery on all orders over PKR 2,999 — applied automatically at checkout.
- For orders under PKR 2,999, a flat delivery charge of PKR 199 applies.
The exact shipping charge (if any) will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery Areas & Time
We ship all over Pakistan. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, etc.): 2–4 business days
- Other towns & remote areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the courier and your location.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan — simply pay the courier when your order arrives. You can also pay online at checkout if you prefer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll share a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.
Delays
While we work hard to dispatch every order on time, SHYD.PK is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. SHYD.PK is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address or a failed delivery attempt, re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item arrives damaged, or if your parcel is lost in transit, contact us immediately at the details below so we can investigate with the courier and make it right.
